Die Hefte ステファン・マルクス アーティストブック大全
本書は、「TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR 2024」の「ゲストカントリー」としてドイツを特集するプログラムの一環として刊行された一冊です。本書は、ステファン・マルクスがこれまでに手がけたアーティストブックの表紙を時系列にほぼ全て掲載した一冊であり、「TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR 2024」で開催された同名の展示「Die Hefte」に合わせて制作されました。「Die Hefte」は、ドイツ語で「小冊子」を意味し、一堂に集められたコレクションを通して、彼の自由で遊び心あふれる表現の世界を感じるとともに、本というメディアの多様な表現の可能性を垣間見ることができます。
Stefan Marx, Die Hefte: A Complete Collection of Artist Books / ステファン・マルクス アーティストブック大全 2003?2024 was published as part of the Germany-focused guest country program at TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR 2024.
This book presents an almost complete chronological archive of the covers of artist books created by Stefan Marx to date. It was produced to accompany the exhibition of the same name, Die Hefte, held at the fair.
The title Die Hefte means “notebooks” or “booklets” in German, and the collection offers a vivid glimpse into Marx’s playful, free-spirited world of expression. At the same time, it invites readers to explore the broad creative potential of the book as a medium.

"Stefan Marx is a hamburg based artist. He create drawing that attracts the crowd of people not only in skate boarding, fashion or music but also people in art and public. Once you see his art, you know that it is done by Stefan. His drawing has originality and there are elements that you can`t stop loving it. He create drawing of things that he loves and it will never stop. His love towards animal and plane is covered by many international magazines, his own books, zine, music record sleeves, poster, and campaign with brands. His own T-shirts label `The lousy livin company` has been distributed world wide and his art work has been shown internationally. Often, you can find his books and zines through Swiss Art publishing house Nieves.
ステファンマルクスは、ドイツ・ハンブルグを拠点に活躍するアーティスト・イラストレーターです。ドローイング、スケートボード、本、スケッチブックなど、彼が「愛するもの」を活動源とし、作品集の出版、アートエキシビション、CD カバーのデザインなど幅広い分野で才能を発揮しています。ドローイングや絵を通して彼の世界観、思想、スケートボーダーとしてのインディー精神を表現し、独自の目線で世界を描いています。また、インディペンデントT シャツレーベル『THE LOUSY LIVINCOMPANY』を立ち上げ、少数生産ながらクオリティー・クリエイティビティの高いT シャツをデザインもしています。これまでに数々の作品集が出版されており、2007 年には最新作品集「IWait Here For You Forever as Long as It Takes」がスイスのアート出版社Nieves から発売。"
